Welcome to OXS BROWS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking systems, beauty services, and educational/training programs. By booking an appointment, enrolling in a course, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Bookings

Appointment Booking
To secure an appointment for beauty services (brows, permanent makeup, etc.), clients must provide valid contact and billing information.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a cancelled appointment with applicable fees, to ensure we remain on schedule for subsequent clients.

2. Training Courses & Educational Programs

Enrollment & Fees
Enrollment in OXS BROWS training programs is subject to availability and receipt of the required tuition fee or deposit.
All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the training, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property
All educational materials, manuals, videos, techniques, and student resources provided during training are the exclusive intellectual property of OXS BROWS.
Students are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, or using these materials for their own commercial training purposes without explicit written consent.

Certification
Certification is awarded based on successful completion of the course requirements, attendance, and demonstration of required skills. OXS BROWS reserves the right to withhold certification if a student does not meet the passing criteria.

3. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Pricing & Payments
All prices for services and courses are subject to change without notice.
Payments must be made via our approved payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, or authorized online payment processors).

Deposit Policy
Deposits for specific beauty treatments or training courses are non-refundable, except in cases where OXS BROWS cancels the service or course.

Refund Policy
Services: Due to the nature of beauty treatments, all services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your result, please contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and address the issue.
Courses: Course deposits and tuition fees are generally non-refundable once the training materials have been accessed or the course has begun.

4. Client & Student Responsibilities

Health and Safety: Clients and students must accurately disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to any treatment or practical training session.

Media Release: With your explicit consent (as detailed in our Privacy Policy), OXS BROWS may take before/after photos or videos of services and training sessions for marketing, portfolio, or educational purposes.

Conduct: We maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the service or training without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

OXS BROWS and its staff strive to provide the highest quality of service and training. However, individual results for beauty treatments (especially permanent makeup) can vary based on skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OXS BROWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services, products, or training courses.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revisions. Continued use of our services or enrollment in courses constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
